J. G. Wentworh "Opera" Commercial

The J.G. Wentworth Opera commercial takes place on a stage as Wagnerian opera singers repeat over and over the 877-CASH-NOW phone number as part of the song. Various characters in operatic costume sing lyrics like "I had a structured settlement but I need cash now" and return to the 877-CASH-NOW refrain. As the spot closes we see J.G. Wentworth himself as the conductor and he delivers the company motto "It's your money. Use it when YOU need it." The curtain closes as the phone number is lowered from the rafters to the operatic finale from all the singers.

This commercial is brilliant. It succeeds in several ways. The phone number is repeated half a dozen times and the way it's sung over and over makes it stick in your head - in a good way. And who uses opera to sell a product? I don't even know what a structured settlement is, but I'm gonna find out. Remember. If Wagner makes a comeback and hits number 1 on the charts - you heard it here first.
